Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for developing and growing the company’s presence with financial advisors throughout the sales region.

  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Provide maximum sales coverage of all qualified sales targets within sales region
  • Lead sales effort for maximum revenue generation, market share growth and competitive wins at strategic accounts
  • Excel at all core sales functions, including time and territory planning, group presentations, and key accounts penetration
  • Formulate effective sales strategies that maximize your ability to sell our products to qualified financial advisors and their offices in your territory
  • Keep your activities updated in CRM to ensure visibility of the pipeline to management for timely and accurate forecasting and business planning
  • Adopt and adhere to the company’s sales methodology so as to leverage sales best practices and facilitate communications with other members of your sales team
  • Develop strong relationships with partner firms to grow and support the company’s overall presence and reputation

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • 4-6 years of quota-carrying technology or financial services sales experience
  • Extensive experience with selling web-based (SaaS) products or services to financial advisors
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quarterly and annual quota
  • Take-charge personality with the ability to set priorities and perform tasks with minimal guidance
  • Demonstrated success in accurately forecasting quarterly targets
  • Proven ability to learn and apply use of an effective sales methodology
  • Experience in successfully managing the sales process from a lead to an opportunity at the leadership level
  • Solid understanding of wealth management technologies used by financial advisors
  • Strong computer and written skills for effective internal and external communications
  • Team player.
Preferred Experience:
  • Success with selling to financial advisors and broker dealers
  • Proven success in quota achievement and ability to use strong computer skills to handle sophisticated Office of Finance sales cycles
  • Ability to sell both into mid-market accounts as well as Global 2000 accounts
  • High energy self-starter seeking an entrepreneurial environment where his or her contributions make a difference
  • Team player willing to leverage expertise of presales and services teams and work cooperatively with all departments

3-D Motion Graphics Designer

The position is part of a team of professional graphic designers in the eMoney Marketing Department. This position provides an opportunity for the selected candidate to apply his/her motion graphic design expertise to design and produce a broad range of finished products. Finished production includes a wide variety of formats and delivery vehicles, including: hardcopy and electronic publications and briefings, web site design, interactive multimedia, and 3D animation.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop broadcast-quality HD animation and video presentations (3D and 2D) and marketing materials
  • Contribute to the creative team on various phases of projects from concept through production
  • Ability to produce animations from scripts to storyboard to completion
  • Ability to work independently through a project life cycle as well as a team member to portions of projects
  • Video editing; key framing, color and sound correction
  • Work on multiple projects concurrently as required
  • Handle changing priorities and other duties as assigned
  • Work in a professional and organized manner
  • Maintain file structure and organize project materials
Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong portfolio of motion design work that demonstrates creative flair
  • Minimum of 5 years experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe CS5 Production Suite: After Effect, Premiere, SoundBooth, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder, Encore...
  • Proficient knowledge of Autodesk 3DS Max 2011 (knowledge of V-Ray rendering system a plus)
  • Working knowledge of ActionScript 3 and/or 2
  • Understanding of the latest audio and video compression techniques for the web
  • Video capability: Animation, effects or re-editing
  • Experience with HTML/Javascript/XML a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with others

Customer Service

We are currently seeking qualified individuals for the position of Associate Account Executive within our Customer Service Department. As an Associate Account Executive, you will provide support to licensed users of eMoney Advisor’s software by answering their questions and providing great customer support. Various shifts are available.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound inquires from licensed users regarding functionality of eMoney Advisor software
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues via phone and email regarding eMoney Advisor software
  • Document all interactions with licensed users in appropriate database
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or prior experience in a Customer Service position
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize issues
  • Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Works well in a team environment
