Retaining clients is one of the most pressing concerns most advisors face. Quality clients are a premium and in today’s mobile world clients relocate or simply ‘shop around’. It is estimated that the cost of recruiting a new client is in fact ten times as much as retaining a current one.

eMoney recently undertook a survey of a select group of advisors using the AdvisorPlatform to see how the system was helping them achieve their goals.

Of the respondents:
• Over 80% retention was achieved by 71% of advisors using the AdvisorPlatform
• 100% felt that the AdvisorPlatform helped them increase their fees
• 67% said that their assets under management had increased
• 86% felt that the AdvisorPlatform helped them increase premiums
